Returns

If you decide to return any item(s) it must reach us in its original state 21 days from the date of dispatch of your purchase. On receipt of the returned item(s) we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card. Delivery costs will not be refunded.

Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will contact you via email ( if provided whilst purchasing the online order) to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 5 working days of receipt. You can expect the refund to reach your account within 3-5 working days. If after 10 working days you have not received an email from us, call on +44 (0) 3832 2442 or email at alan@jrmcmahon.co.uk with your order information/ tracking number reference so that we can investigate further.

In-store returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of your item for an exchange or credit note.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and clothing tag.

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange underwear/swimwear if they have been worn or the packaging seal is broken.

We advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification. Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

During the Christmas Shopping season we can provide gift receipts with in-store purchases and these will enable the customer to exchange an unsuitable item for something else in-store until 31st January the following year. If a gift is purchased online it can be returned in-store with cannot be returned without the printed order confirmation provided with the order.
